Shaw, Alan Frederick; Suddenly on Friday, April 10, 2009 in his 51st year. Beloved husband of Debbie Shaw of Arthur. Dear father of Joshua Wayne Earl, Cheyenne Barbara Faye and Austin James Alan, all of Arthur. Cherished son of Faye Shaw of Arthur and loving son-in-law of Wayne and Barb Robertson of Arthur. Sadly missed by his brothers and sisters Karen (Jim) O’Brecht of Georgetown, Stephen (Marsha) Shaw, Eric (Connie) Shaw, all of Arthur and Helen (Christin Dennis) Shaw of Listowel. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father Earl Shaw (2005). The family received friends at the Crawford Funeral Home, 243 George St., Arthur on Monday, April 13, 2009 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service was held from St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 149 Frederick St., East, Arthur on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at 11am. Spring interment Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. Remembrances to Arthur Minor Hockey or Stephen Shaw In Trust for Cheyenne and Austin would be greatly appreciated by the family.
