Sharp, Lionel; Member of the Society of Friends (Quakers), passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, March  27, 2014 at Wellington Terrace,in Fergus. He is survived by his wife Joyce, his sister Violet, his children: Jackie (deceased), Mirek (Gwen), Marlowe (Janice), Helena (Glenn). Melissa (Walter). He was Papa to Matthew, James and Jane, Evan (Lara), Liam, Gary, Darren, Mirek, Rebecca (Jason), Rachael, Travis (Elaina), Daniel and Galen. Great grandchildren, Troy, Taylor, Harry,Oliver and Grace. A memorial service will be held May 24, 2014 at 1:00 pm at the Yonge Street Meeting House (17030 Yonge Street, Newmarket, L3Y 7A9) in the Manner of Friends, on May 24th at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to either the Alzheimer’s Society (www.alzheimer.ca) or Groves Memorial Hospital (http://www.grovesfoundation.com) would be appreciated.
