Shade shelters – The Kinsmen Club of Drayton had a ribbon cutting to officially open two new shade shelters. After recognizing the need at the ABC and Kinsmen parks in Drayton, the club began making plans in 2019 and opted to take on the bulk of the building to decrease costs so they could build two shelters. Ribbon cuttings were held at both shelter locations, with Mapleton Mayor Gregg Davison and councillors Marlene Ottens, Denis Craven and Mike Martin joining club members. Submitted photos
