Sex and Second City is running on Feb. 9
From first dates to divorce court, couples therapy to girls night out, the battle of the sexes has never been funnier than the musical comedy Sex and the Second City.
Denise and Richard are about to get divorced; their lawyers – Samantha and Mark – have unknowingly been wooing each other in the Lawyers in Love chat room; a marriage counselor is dispensing horrible advice. So this is a relationship that only laughter can save.
On the brink of matrimonial disaster, a couple with the seven year itch and their lovelorn lawyers take a musical journey to rediscover laughter and love.
Featuring some of the greatest songs from The Second City's archives, Sex and the Second City provides a truly hilarious take on the battle of the sexes. Adapted by Second City alumnae Maribeth Monroe, Kirk Hanley, and TJ Shanoff, Sex and the Second City is a musical comedy about men, women, love, marriage, and everything in-between.
