Self-Help advances to Sarnia festival
For the sixth time in its history, Elora Community Theatre (ECT) is taking its show on the road to the annual Western Ontario Drama League Festival.
Five plays from southern Ontario communities have been selected to vie for drama awards.
The Feb. 20 announcement was made in Sarnia by preliminary adjudicator Gord Davis, who has praised the ECT entry: Norm Foster’s comedy Self-Help. The performance at Sarnia’s Imperial Theatre is March 14.
Established in 1972, ECT has been producing shows at the Fergus Grand Theatre since 1981.
