Softball fun - The second annual Physicians Charity Softball Event took place at the Barb Wright Ball Diamond in Palmerston on June 22. The game pitted the “North Docs vs. the South Docs”. Carnival games, food, music and more were part of the day. Admission was by donation, with all proceeds going to all three Wellington County hospitals. Dr. Phil Deacon of the North Docs takes a swing.
