Scott, Douglas James; Passed away peacefully in Kitchener, on March 23, 2008 in his 100th year. Beloved husband of the late Ruby (Rose). Dear father of Lloyd and his wife Betty of Alma and Audrey Hodgson (Harold-2007) of Kitchener. Loving grandfather of Carol Geddes (Dave), Jeffrey (Linda), Richard (Sharon), Karen (Patrick Caplice), Sherrilee (Jerome Don-Paul) and Scott Heseltine (Kimberley). Fondly remembered by his 14 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandson, 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Friends were received at Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 37 Church St. East in Elora, on Thursday, March 27th from 2-4 & 7-9pm. Funeral Service was be conducted at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Alma, on Friday, March 28th at 11:00am. Interment to take place in the family plot in the Elora Cemetery.
