School board invites UGDSB community to contribute to human rights review

GUELPH – The Upper Grand District School Board (UGDSB) is in the midst of a human rights review.

On May 27 board officials sent a mass email to all families with students within the board, inviting them to contribute to the review.

All comments are confidential, and must be submitted by June 30.

The review, which is being conducted by Pat Case and Julie Lassonde, aims to “identify systemic barriers with the goal of promoting human rights centred actions,” board officials state in the email.
