Save Our Water holds rally
Prior to Centre Welllington council’s decision on Oct. 31, Save Our Water held a rally in front of the town hall asking the mayor and council to say ‘no’ to the Middlebrook Well Permit.
Residents were asked to join in with the Drops in the Bucket Rhythm Band with noise makers, drums, shakers, and to be creative to support council telling the province to “Save Our Water.”
Organizers provided speakers, petitions, and information on how to support the province’s proposed moratorium.
