Saugeen Economic Development hosts hiring newcomers workshop
The Saugeen Economic Development Corporation is hosting an information session about talent attraction in Neustadt.
The workshop held with guest Tom Lusis, coordinator of the Wellington County Talent Attraction Initiative.
The information session is from 9:30 to 11:30am on July 31 at 515 Mills Street in Neustadt.
Topics will include the history of immigration in Canada, the economics of hiring newcomers, challenges, opportunities and misconceptions and resources available to employers to assist with hiring and training newcomers.
