Sanctuary to host 22nd Donkey Day
The Donkey Sanctuary of Canada will host Donkey Day - its most important fundraising event of the year - on June 14 from 10am to 4pm at the farm at 6981 Concession 4 here.
The event will include food, live entertainment and activities such as a magician, agility dogs, a silent auction, a bouncy castle, balloon donkeys, wagon rides, kids’ fun fest, demonstrations and more.
The sanctuary is home to 75 donkeys and mules.
