Salem Creek construction begins
SALEM – People travelling Wellington Road 18 southwest of Salem in Centre Wellington might want to take an alternate route starting on Oct. 7. That’s when the relining of the Salem Creek culvert is expected to begin – work that is to carry on until mid-December. The road will remain open throughout the construction period, however officials warned drivers should expect delays and may want to plan accordingly.
