Rural Ontario Institute appoints executive director
GUELPH-ERAMOSA - The Rural Ontario Institute (ROI) board of directors has announced the appointment of Ellen Sinclair as executive director, effective Sept. 13. She replaces Norman Ragetlie who recently retired.
The ROI says Sinclair brings experience in planning; economic, business and community development; community liaison and government relations; and leadership.
Sinclair will be formally introduced to ROI stakeholders at the annual general meeting, which will be held virtually on Sept. 23 at 9am. Registration for the meeting is through Eventbrite.
