Rourke, Barbara; Passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 at the age of 63 years. Beloved wife of Douglas for 44 years. Devoted mother of Chris (Krista) and Michael (Kim) all of Waterloo and Mark (Corey) of Kelowna, BC. Cherished grandma of Logan, Rebecca, Shania, Hayden, Nicholas and Erik. Loving sister of Richard Nurcombe (Doris), Shelagh MacLean (Doug) and Geoffrey Nurcombe. Barbara is predeceased by parents Ken and June Nurcombe. Barbara was a dedicated member of three garden clubs. Barbara’s family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, November 27, 2009 from 9:30-10:45am at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St., Kitchener, 519-749-8467.  A memorial service will be held at 11am on Friday in the funeral home chapel.
