Roundtable hosts Artisan Showcase
WELLINGTON NORTH – An Artisan Showcase hosted by the Wellington North Cultural Roundtable is set for Oct. 21.
Organizers say the event offers everyone “a great opportunity to check out and support some of our local artisans and crafters.”
The Girl Guide/Pathfinders will host a make and take event, as well as an opportunity to make your own ribbon flowers.
Scottish Dancing will take place from 1 to 2:30pm and everyone is welcome to join in and give it a try.
Artisans in the showcase include June Turner, Debbie Kunert, Carol Vair, June Wagg, Sabrina Perry, Chris Keirs, Helen Cragie, and the Four Corners Quilters Guild.
Free admission
The showcase runs from 9:30am to 2:30pm at the Mount Forest and District Sports Complex.
Admission to the event is free.
