Rotary Club offers Sparkles in the Park

Everyone is invited to experience the beauty of Riverside Park here transformed into a magical winter wonderland.

Over 30,000 lights adorn tree tops – all strung by Guelph Rotary Club volunteers.

Festive Nativity displays have been created by local businesses and community members alike. Visitors can stay warm in their cars as they drive through the park enjoying the lights, or park the car (lots of free parking until New Year’s Eve) to enjoy a walk through the park.

Sparkles in the Park is held nightly from 5:30pm to 9:30pm, ending with the fireworks on New Year’s Eve at the family celebration in the park at 8pm.

Free shuttle buses are available on New Year’s Eve from the Walmart parking lot and back throughout the evening.

Donations are appreciated with all proceeds benefiting local Rotary Projects.
