Rockwood senior injured in Monday crash
GUELPH/ERAMOSA – An elderly Rockwood resident was injured in a crash here on Monday involving a transport truck and SUV.
Emergency crews responded to the scene, on Highway 7, southeast of Rockwood, on March 10 at about 10:30am.
Wellington County OPP officials say the highway was closed for several hours between Eramosa-Milton Townline and 5th Line Nassagaweya.
“An 80-year-old driver from Rockwood was transported to a trauma centre ... with non-life threatening (injuries),” police stated in a press release.
