Riverfest on this weekend
Eclectic artists Blue Rodeo, Serena Ryder, Arkells, Charles Bradley and Dan Mangan will headline the 2014 edition of Riverfest Elora this weekend, Aug. 22 and 23.
Many other musicians will perform on both days of the festival (for line-up details visit riverfestelora.com).
Riverfest is an all-ages licensed event. Wine, beer and food will be available for sale, provided by local restaurants and shops. Local art will be for sale from vendors in Artisans Alley. Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs and blankets.
Weekend passes for Riverfest Elora are $75 or $40 for Friday night and $60 for Saturday. Children under 14 are free with an admission-paying guardian.
Gates open at 5pm on Friday and 2pm on Saturday, with music kicking off at 5:30 and 2:30pm respectively. The festival will take place rain or shine.
