Richard, Joseph; Peacefully, at Wellington Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Fergus on Thursday, November 29, 2007, Joseph A. Richard in his 83rd year. Dear father of David Richard (Jackie) and Laura Page. Predeceased by a son Jeff Richard (Lynn Devoe). Grandfather of Jesse, Eden, Desiree and Ashley. He is survived by his sister Rose and brothers Ray, Art, Bobby and Lionel. Predeceased by siblings Edna, Tony, Leo and Doreen. Joseph’s request was to have no formal service. Cremation has taken place. Interment will take place in Victoria Lawn Cemetery, St. Catharines in the spring.
