Restaurants host fundraiser for GRCA
The Borealis Restaurants in Kitchener and Guelph and the Woolwich Arrow Pub in Guelph are offering patrons an evening of food and beer to support a better environment.
The second annual River Fundraiser and Brewer’s Feast will be held at the three locations on July 23.
Participants will receive a four-course meal paired with beers from Creemore Springs and Granville Island breweries. Participants will also have their names entered in a draw for one of four canoes. Tickets for the fundraiser are $70 per person.
Funds raised from the event will support environmental programs of the Grand River Conservation Authority.
