Resident upset with developer

Puslinch councillors offered little comment, other than a promise to look into things, after a resident brought up several concerns with the Reid’s Heritage Lake residential development.

Bev Wozniak, who lives across from the County Road 34 development, told council on March 2 she is “totally against” the Reid proposal for a 75-unit plan of condominium on the 229-acre site.

Wozniak was particularly concerned that two homes were being built without first having their wells drilled (which was the proposed plan) and that she was never informed the development will include wells for irrigation purposes only.

She said she tried to get answers from officials with Reid’s, but was unsuccessful.

Mayor Dennis Lever promised to get answers for her.
