REID, John Kenneth Peacefully on Tuesday April 3, 2018 at Riverside Glen, Guelph. John in his 88th year was the beloved husband of Freda Reid for 64 years, caring father of Ron Reid (Terry) and Dave Reid, adoring grandpa of Bradley, Shannon, Kevin, Amy and Melissa and great-grandpa of Brady, Hayden, Jayda, Colton, Griffin, Tanya, Matthew and Benjamin. John was the dear brother of Frances Bellamy (Milton), Lola Speers (Lorne) and the late Blanche Boiter (the late Dewey). Friends were invited to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, 83 Trafalgar Road, Hillsburgh on Tuesday April 10, 2018 from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. A funeral service followed at 11 a.m. Interment at Huxley Cemetery will be held at a later date. Donations in John’s memory can be made to St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
