; Suddenly on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at Louise Marshall Hospital, Mt. Forest in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy Reid of Mt. Forest. Dear father of Lyle (Debbie) Reid of Belgrave, Larry (Cathy) Reid of Bentley, Alberta, and Paul Reid of Arthur. Loving grandpa of Mike (Liz), Candice (Scott) and Diane and great grandpa of Jason, Casey, Chloe and Ella. Survived by sister Ruthena (Bill) Drury and brother-in-law Nelson (Bev) Ridsdale, all of Arthur. Predeceased by his grandson Lawrence. A service of remembrance was held from Arthur United Church, 101 Tucker St., Arthur on Monday, January 25, 2010 at 2pm. Spring interment of cremated remains at Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur. Remembrances to Louise Marshall Hospital, Mt. Forest would be greatly appreciated by the family.
