PALMERSTON – The All Aboard Palmerston committee encourages everyone to hop aboard and chug along for “Ales on the Rails” at the second annual Raleway Festival.

All are invited to the Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum on June 24 between 12 and 4pm to enjoy an afternoon of Ontario beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits, along with lots of family-friendly activities, including outdoor games, handcar rides, food vendors, and live music by 12th Line Band.

Featured vendors include Railway City Brewing Co., Adam Brown Distillery, Neustadt Brewery, Adamo Estate Winery, along with six other beverage companies and those age of majority can sample throughout the afternoon for $2/sample.

New this year, parents can bring their kids to a “TRAINing” event, where at various departure times throughout the day, kids will be able to participate in approximately 45 minutes of short activities to win a prize. Parents will be required to supervise their children during this time.

Tickets can be purchased on www.allaboardpalmerston.ca or in-person at the Palmerston Home Hardware, Palmerston Railway Heritage Museum, or the Town of Minto administrative office during operating hours.

Admission with a Raleway Festival event cup is $15, admission only is $10, and kids 18 and under are free.
