Queen show coming to Centre in the Square

After capturing the hearts of over 250,000 Queen fans and after conquering stages across the globe, Queen – It’s A Kinda Magic is set to rock at the Centre In The Square.

The production seen all over the world is set to do it again in 2010 providing audiences with the thrill of seeing Queen live in The Show Must Go On, the theatrical creation of the best of Queen in concert.

Unlike We Will Rock You, a musical using Queen songs, Queen – It’s A Kinda Magic offers the whole band experience. With 21st century sound and lighting, and a cast that takes magnetism to new heights, the show re-creates the 1986 world tour of Queen. The passion of Freddie Mercury, the guitar solos of Brian May, and all those harmonies from the whole band are included.

The cast consists of Craig Pesco as Freddie Mercury, Travis Hair as Brian May, Brett Millican as Roger Taylor, and Matt Newton as John Deacon.

The show is at the Centre In The Square on March 23. Tickets start at $49.50 plus applicable charges. Tickets went on sale Dec. 19. To obtain tickets, call the box office at 519-578-1570, or online at www.centre-square.com.
