Puslinch to hold Santa Claus Parade and other festive activities

ABERFOYLE – The Puslinch Santa Claus parade here will take place on Nov. 26 from 2 to 5pm.

The parade begins at the township fire hall and will head east along Wellington Road 34.

It then turns south on Brock Road and will wrap up at the Optimist Recreation Centre (ORC) beside the Puslinch Community Centre.

The festivities continue in the ORC where the carols keep playing and the Optimist Club will be serving hotdogs and hot chocolate.

Santa will park his sleigh then join the party at the ORC to hand out goody bags to the children and pose for Christmas photos.

Children are invited to bring their letters to Santa and post them in the North Pole mailbox. All letters with a return address will receive a letter back from Santa.

There is no charge for the event but donations to the food bank are encouraged and will be collected along the parade route.

The Puslinch Santa Claus Parade is welcoming to all ages to help kick off the Christmas and holiday season. Don’t forget to send in your letter to Santa with a return address so a response will be given back.
