Look out Charlie Brown – great pumpkins are coming to the Elora Farmers’ Market at Bissell Park.
Sensational Elora is presenting its annual Pumpkin Day, a celebration of everything pumpkin, in Bissell Park on Oct. 11 from 10am to 1pm.
The event is free for everyone, from families to kids of all ages, and includes:
– prizes for biggest, smallest, best carved, best decorated, and many other categories;
– giant pumpkin carving demonstration;
– families can carve their own pumpkin to go;
– Mapleton’s Organic Ice Cream;
– face painting; and
– live music with the Hazy Maidens.
Donations to the Food Bank are welcome.
