WELLINGTON COUNTY - The province’s transportation ministry is funding two road rehabilitation projects within Wellington County as part of its Ontario Highways Program announced on July 21.

Resurfacing is currently underway along a 11.4km stretch of Highway 6 between Kenilworth and Mount Forest and is expected to be completed within the year.

A future project slotted to begin in 2023 will see another portion of Highway 6 resurfaced between Woodlawn Road in Guelph and Wellington Road 7 in Guelph/Eramosa.
