Portaging to raise awareness for Portage Ontario
Portaging for Portage - James Scott, owner of Elora Paddle Co., took to the streets of Elora on Sept. 4 and 5, portaging his canoe to raise awareness of Portage Ontario, an organization that provides help for those with substance abuse and addiction. The centre in Elora is the only residential Portage location in Ontario dedicated to rehabilitating youth. Portage is holding its annual Pedal for Portage fundraiser Sept 12 to 18.
