ARTHUR - A vacant space in Arthur will be transformed into a unique holiday shop on Nov. 23 and 24.

The “pop-up shop” will transform the currently vacant space at 497 Smith Street (Unit B), Arthur, into a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, featuring flowers, wreaths, lavender products, plants, art, décor, wood products and holiday items.

“The two-day event will feature beautiful products that can’t normally be purchased in-store,” said host Stephanie Craig, an Arthur resident.

Products from four additional local artists and makers will be featured in the shop: Angi Roberts (Tray Bien) from Guelph, D’elle Calhoun (Inside Out Art) from Chesley, Patrick Saunders (Saunders Constructions) from Arthur, and Ashley DeMarte (Livescape) from Arthur.

Craig is hosting the shop under the brand of her new local company, Tullamore Lavender Co.

Craig is hoping her shop will attract locals and visitors.

The shop is open Nov. 23 from 10am to 6pm and Nov. 24 from noon to 4pm.
