Police are seeking help to identify a “suspicious” woman with bad teeth who recently offered “chocolate or cookies” to a boy waiting for his school bus.

On May 26 at about 8:25am a black pickup truck drove by the boy on the 8th Line of former Nichol Township.

“The female passenger put the window down and spoke with the boy,” stated a press release from the Wellington County OPP.

“She asked him if he would like chocolate or cookies. The truck then drove off.”

Police describe the vehicle as a dirty “newer black pickup truck with grey tinted windows” and rear seats.

The passenger is in her 40s with long greyish-brown hair, which she wore in a pony-tail.

“Her teeth were in poor condition and she wore a burgundy T-shirt,” police say.

The OPP is asking anyone with information to call police at 1-888-310-1122 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).
