Pike Derby May 23-24
The Belwood and District Lions Club is holding its 35th annual Pike Derby on the weekend of May 23-24.
The catch and release only event offers a number of prizes including one for longest fish.
New online registration, information and payment is at www.belwoodlionspikederby.org (secure payment by Paypal). Over $5,000 in prizes and draws are anticipated including the first prize of $2,000 cash.
Registration fees are as follows:
Adults (15 years+) - $25
Youth (9-14 years) - $10
Child (8 years and under) - Free
Those registering by May 15 qualify for an early bird draw for a fishing charter (four people for six hours). For more information call 519-787-2383.
