How can nature inspire youth to take great photos?
Register kids up for a workshop at The Arboretum May 6 from 10am to 4pm to see. Focus on Nature is an educational program to inspire young people to connect with nature through photography. Local photographers will deliver a day-long workshop through the creative elements of design, and mentoring them in photography and natural science as they explore the beautiful Arboretum grounds.
The workshop includes an interactive photography lesson, experiential photography and nature activities, and opportunities for students to edit and share their images with their classmates.
The workshop is designed for children aged 11 to 16.
