Phoenix Performance Center competed in Taekwondo tournament
Taekwondo - On Nov. 9, members of the fight team from the Phoenix Performance Center in Mount Forest competed in the last Taekwondo tournament of the year, the Toronto Open 2019 Taekwondo Championships, at Variety Village Athletic Centre. Connor Romanowski (left) placed gold in his division and Weston Dirksen (right) placed bronze. There were competitors from all over Ontario and other areas including Quebec, the U.S. and India.
