PeeWees win game, compete in Nations Cup
The Centre Wellington Fusion Pee Wee team beat Guelph 3-1 in regular season play.
The team then competed in the Nations Cup for Team Canada in the Detroit area.
The team finished the weekend with a 3-2-0 record. They lost to the Chicago Bruins 4-1 and the Chicago Bulldogs 3-0.
The team beat the Cheektowaga Warriors 7-3, and the Michigan Ice Hawks 3-1.
The team also beat the Pittsburgh Stealth in the championship round game 3-1.
Canada lost the Nations Cup in the final game in a shootout.
