Pearle applies for Ross Street property demolitions

In his report on March 26 regarding Heritage Centre Wellington, councillor Don Fisher referenced a special meeting on March 12 to deal with an application by  Pearle Hospitality for the demolition of five houses on Ross Street, in Elora.

The properties owned by Pearle are on the south side of the Grand River, across from the current Elora Mill development.

Fisher said there was a good presentation, many questions were asked and a number of suggestions made by committee members.

Fisher expects council will hear more on that in the coming months.
