Parents at St. Joseph Catholic School held a Christmas “give” shop

FERGUS – Parents at St. Joseph Catholic School in Fergus held a Christmas “give” shop on Dec. 4 and 5 at St. Joseph Catholic Church next door. First they held a toy drive, at which used toys in good condition were dropped off. Then they held the give shop, where items were free for the taking.

Parents Melanie Goethals, left, and Sarah O’Brien said this is the third year of the give shop and it’s really gaining traction, especially in the uncertain economy. Photos by Joanne Shuttleworth
