O’SULLIVAN, Jyll (Shirley) (nee Crumplin) Passed away on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at the Wellington Terrace in Fergus, Ontario, in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband Neil in 2009 and her only child Tim in 2011. Survived by her granddaughter Stacey O’Sullivan and great granddaughter Sophia Skilling, both of Arthur. Predeceased by her brother Jack Crumplin (Joyce) of Kitchener and Neil’s brother Jim O’Sullivan (Ruth) and his sisters Alice Warmington (Lavelle) and Helen Dixon (Merlin). Remembered fondly by numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial Service for Jyll was conducted at the Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home & Chapel, 280 St. David St. South in Fergus, on Saturday, April 21st, 2018 at 1:00pm, with visitation from 11:00am. Reception to follow. Interment to take place in the spring at St. Mary – St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Elora.
