Optimist rink in Puslinch operating with restrictions

PUSLINCH – The Township of Puslinch recently announced that with the gradual reopening of the province, the ice at the Optimist Recreation Centre rink is once again available for skating.

All pertinent rules regarding the use and protocols under the provincial red-control designation are available on the township’s website and on-site.

The use of the ice is available for Wellington County residents only.

In red-control level, ice use is capped at 10 participants at a time. No games or scrimmages are allowed.

All participants must be two meters apart while on the ice and while in the facility.

The township will continue to monitor the situation and make adjustments to services as needed. Any changes in operations will continue to be communicated and posted on the township’s website.
