OPP seek help to locate missing man

WELLINGTON CTY. – The county OPP has issued an appeal to help locate a missing man.

On Oct. 13 at about 11:25am a woman went to the OPP office in Mount Forest to report a missing person.

OPP Constable Mark Cloes reported that investigators  heard that she was bringing her son to her home on Oct. 7 at about 11:30pm. She was driving her van and stopped on Highway 89 east of Conn to answer her cell phone. After she stopped, her son said goodbye and left the van.

Cloes said the woman tried to find him but was unable to locate him in the dark. She is concerned because he has been depressed lately.

 The man is 41 year old Michael Norman Moran, of Mississauga. He is a white male, 6 feet 2 inches, a muscular build, approximately 230 pounds, with tattoos on both arms, brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, white size 12 running shoes and a black T shirt with red and white lettering.

 The OPP is asking the public’s assistance in locating this man.
