Online hospital records available
ELORA – Anyone over the age of 16 with health records at hospitals in the west region of Ontario can now access their records online.
Records from Guelph General Hospital, North Wellington Health Care and Groves Memorial Community Hospital are available for free online and can be accessed by a computer or mobile device.
“ConnectMyHealth is a digital health solution that provides patients with an online, single-access point to view their health records from participating hospitals,” states a press release from the Guelph Wellington Ontario Health Team.
The online service is operated out of Hamilton Health Sciences, and is made available through collaboration with the local health team.
