Old time fun at special golf event
Organizers are thanking and congratulating a number of people who made the Bull Haulers Best Ball Bonanza golf tournament a success.
Those who donated items to the silent auction were particularly thanked, as well as those who did the bidding.
Organizers congratulated the winning team: Kathy Townsend, Charlie Hishon, Wayne Gingrich, and Andy Bowman. They golfed one under par on a very windy day.
As well, Hishon won the honour as the most honest golfer.
Patricia Baccin was the winner of the prize for the most balls lost in the water.
Her prize was golf balls - and a fishing net. Scott Matthews’ shot was the closest to the pin on the number three hole. Brad Morrison had the longest drive on hole 16.
Finally, the organizers thank Wildwinds Golf and Country Club for a great course and a great meal.
