O'Brien, Barbara Gloria; Peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Friday, January 3rd, 2014 in her 74th year; survived by her siblings Marty (Cheryl), Bill (Irene), Gerard ‘Dap’ (Sharyn), Joe (Barb), Bernie (Liz), Mary Birrell, sister-in-law Jeanine O’Brien and brothers-in-law Don Donaldson and Don Morrison; predeceased by her parents Bernard and Catherine (Cassie) O’Brien, her brother Emburgh ‘Hamp’, her sisters Betty Donaldson and Madge Morrison and brother-in-law Dave Birrell; Barb will be also sadly missed by Rose and Ray Voyce, Ray and Alice Sibthorp, special auntie to Garrett and Jaiden and many other relatives and friends. Funeral Service will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Friday, January 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to service time. Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated. A tree will be planted in memory of Barbara in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 2:30 p.m. (Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com).
