Fondly remembered by sister in law, Jean Oakes of Waterloo, Aunt of John (Judy) Oakes of Markham, Milne (Mary Lou) Oakes of Waterloo, Graeme (deceased) (Carol) Oakes of Kitchener, Gail (Lorne) Green of Kitchener, Gary (Marie) Hawkins of Drayton, Mervyn (Filomena) Hawkins of London, David (Teresa) Hawkins of Arthur, Chris (Elizabeth) Hawkins of Listowel, Scott (Christine) Hawkins of Everett, Andrea and George Ryan of Ottawa, as well as great aunt and great great aunt to several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at Trull Funeral Home & Cremation Centre (2704 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON, 416-488-1101) on Thursday, September 8 from 7 - 9 p.m. A service will be held in Glenview Presbyterian Church (1 Glenview Avenue, Toronto, ON) on Friday, September 9 at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Greenfield Cemetery, Arthur, ON. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Glenview Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
