Novice Fusion "AA" continue in Tri-County playdowns
The Novice Fusion ‘AA’ team was in Orangeville to play the Flyers on Feb. 17.
Zander Pereira assisted by Keira Healey put the Fusion on the board and the Orangeville players answered with three goals of their own.
A goal from Eddie McDonald assisted again by Healey put the Fusion closer to the Flyers but the team ran out of time with the game ending in a 3-2 win for Orangeville.
On Feb. 22 the Fusion played host to the Halton Hills Thunder in Elora, the only goal in the game was scored by Healey. The shutout went to goalie Jacob Kurt with a final score of 1-0.
The Novice Fusion have three more games left in Tri-County playdowns.
