No insurance, licence
On March 15 at about 9am a Wellington County OPP officer stopped the driver of a grey car on Wellington Road 34 at Highway 6 here.
Steven Shingler, 59, of Cambridge, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without insurance, producing false insurance, driving without a licence and possession of unmarked cigarettes.
The vehicle was towed and Shingler is to appear in Guelph court on May 16.
