No insurance
On Jan. 27, at about 4pm, Wellington County OPP stopped a driver for an alleged driving offence, on Wellington Road 32 near Puslinch Lake.
Police say the driver was operating a vehicle without insurance and the licence plates were unauthorized for the vehicle.
Stephen M. Rudd, 49, of Guelph, was charged with using unauthorized plates, having no valid permit for the vehicle and operating a motor vehicle without insurance. He is to appear in Guelph court on March 7.
