The West Luther 4-H dairy club announces a new focus and class to 2017 Arthur Fall Fair.

Many dairy producers have started to shift their focus towards an overall well-producing hardy animal versus your typical show animal.

Therefore the West Luther 4H Dairy club is the first club to announce they will be adding an Overall Top animal class to the Arthur Fall Fair this year.

This class will include the animal being judged on their genetics, production potential and type for an overall score.

The West Luther dairy club will be dedicating some of their meeting time to helping members learn about these aspects so they can choose the best overall animal and help them to put together material for the judge.

Come out to the West Luther information and sign-up night on April 7 to learn more about this exciting new opportunity.

The info night will be held at the Arthur Curling Club at 7pm.

No previous experience required and we can find you a calf if you don’t have access to one.
