PALMERSTON – The Norwell District Secondary School varsity boys hockey team captured bronze medals at the school’s tournament on Nov. 26.
The team started the day with a 5-1 victory over Wellington Heights Secondary School, then lost 3-1 to St. Mary’s.
The Reds then beat John Diefenbaker 5-1 in the pep rally game to advance to the bronze medal game.
Norwell posted a 6-0 victory over Sacred Heart. Leading the attack for the day was Jake M. with five goals, while Cody F. and Levi K. each scored four goals and Josh B. added a pair. Single goals went to Owen O. and Ashton E.
