NDSS recognizes Breast Cancer Awareness Month
PALMERSTON – On Oct. 15, Norwell District Secondary School students and staff wore pink to show their support to all those currently battling cancer. The cafeteria served pink ribbon cookies and an awareness booth with photo-ops was set up to provide information about the disease and how one can help support the Canadian Cancer Society (CCS). Students that donated to the CCS popped a balloon and won a prize.
